Life at Pixelbuilders is about balance, so we make sure the benefits of working here match that well known philosophy of work, rest and play…

Firstly, it’s about timings – our team choose their own start time between 8 and 9:30am, finishing the corresponding time between 4:30 & 6pm. We only work in the office two days a week and you choose where to work the other three. We have free onsite parking and are just 15 minutes’ walk from the train station; there’s a bike store too if you’re more of a two wheels type person.

We don’t expect you to work for free, so of course you’ll be paid a competitive salary based on your experience and skill set, there are bonus opportunities and a company pension scheme.

We’ve been award nominated for our internal culture with a well-below industry standard staff turnover, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that grows and succeeds together. As well as the team growing, we want you to grow so access to you-specific training is a given.

And like every other agency you’re looking at, yes, we have that infamous ‘box of perks’ too, an open plan office, dart board and office-wide Sonos system (you’re welcome to bring headphones too though).

You’ll get 20 days holiday plus bank holidays as standard. We also top up the 20 days by closing over the period between Christmas and New Year with no deduction from your allowance.

We also like to keep your nutrition levels up too… in the office you’ll find free tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and fruit available at all times. There’s usually a pile of biscuits hanging around too to dive into.

We’re a digital agency, so of course we have a dart board; lunch times aren’t the same without a game of ‘Killer’. If you’re not a darts champ, we also have a break out area with books, sofas and coffee table for a more relaxed break.

If you want to stretch your legs outside – we’re in walking distance of Archive Café, Lahore and TGI Fridays amongst other shops and restaurants; as well as the office favourite, Kirkstall Brewery Tap.

We also have plenty of social nights out; some just a simple beer after work whilst other nights have included Go Ape, Go-karting and bowling (not all in the same night we hasten to add).
