A little more about meMatt's role as Head of Operations sees him focused on the development responsibilities of the team and leading projects through the discovery, development and delivery phases. Matt was lead developer on our award winning Kentico Ecommerce Site and Martin House Hospice which was nominated for Best Kentico Non-Profit Site.
Project Spotlight - Direct Blinds
Direct Blinds have been a thoroughly enjoyable client to work alongside, from the initial successful build and deployment of the website to now where we work closely with the team to continuously improve the website in all areas, with a lot of hard work thrown into the middle.
Direct Blinds are an online-only retailer and as such their primary focus for the website is on increasing sales and conversion rates. They are always open to new ideas and implmentations which could improve their key metrics, some examples of key improvements include:
- closely monitored hosting requirements and upgrades where necessary
- improved variant testing on site to report on key influencers to conversion rate
- full site rebrand and UX/UI redesign to improve conversion with a key focus on mobile
