As 2016 marches on and our 6th
birthday celebrations are already being forgotten in favour of Christmas party plans (it’s never too soon!), award ceremonies and business ideas for 2017, we decided it was time for a full update from the fondly named “Pixel Towers”.
First, we’d like to take the opportunity to welcome our new designer, Gabby to the Pixel team. Gabby joins us fresh faced and enthusiastic after recently completing her degree in Digital Media at Leeds. Her appointment sees us strengthen our already successful Creative team, and with Gabby working under the direction of Pixelbuilders’ favourite Creative Director, Andy, we’re already looking forward to seeing this success continue.
Despite being just one month into her career at Pixelbuilders, Gabby has already produced great work for both our clients and our own marketing materials, so it’s safe to say she’s hit the ground running and that’s just as well, because Gabby’s arrival follows on perfectly from another strong year end at Pixelbuilders.
This year end we saw our overall billings increase by over 40% year on year, with a like-for-like growth in overall profitability as well. The Drum Independent Agency Census once again ranked us in the top 10 (7th
to be precise) UK agencies with under the 25 staff for Client Service and our increase in profitability didn’t go unnoticed either, allowing us to climb over 50 places in the financial performance tables.
So that just leaves us with a great debt of gratitude to each of you who spared the time to review and rate us as part of this Independent Agency Census; so from the entire team at Pixel Towers, thank you ever so much!
But that’s enough about us…
2016 has also seen us start working with some amazing new clients, as well as continuing to work with our awesome existing clients too. In the past quarter alone we have continued to work with Strata Homes, St Leonard’s Hospice, Wakefield Hospice and Change Charity
, while also launching new websites for first time clients like Help-to-Buy NEYH
, Sage Coretime, Hemingway Tailors
and St. Gemma’s Hospice.
It’s not all been websites though, we have also worked with Automove Online to deliver a vehicle movement system and we have some more really exciting project underway as we speak. So watch this space as we share those launches over the coming months as well.
And with all that said and done, we best get back to what we do best...
Until next time, thank you again for all your support
