30 Oct, 2017 Strata Shortlisted for a Northern Marketing Award 30 October 2017 Andy Ackroyd Creative Director We’ve been working with Strata as part of a hugely talented, multi-agency team for a number of years now, and to date, it has been a hugely successful digital project. The website was nominated as one the Top 10 Kentico Sites of the Month in May 2015 and that same year was also shortlisted to win Kentico Site of the Year. Now, Strata is nominated for yet another award. This time, it’s a Northern Marketing Award that’s up for grabs in the “Best Property & Construction Campaign” category, for the My Strata Story project, which is part of the Strata Brand Success. My Strata Story was devised as a way for Strata to publicise their brand success through the words of their customers. We all know reviews can increase brand perception, customer loyalty and ultimately sales, but buying a house is also a hugely emotional buying decision, so Strata were looking for more than just a few lines from an anonymous testimonial to help support their customers buying journey. This concept coupled with the wealth of user generated content in the form of tweets and Instagram posts, interior design mood boards and even blogs that happy Strata customers were already creating, lead to the My Strata Story project. This dedicated section of the Strata website provides their content and marketing teams with a tailor-made platform for publicising all this user generated content to their other existing customers and perhaps more importantly, their potential customers.
