Kentico Site of the Year

We are super excited to announce we have been shortlisted for the Best Industrial and Manufacturing Site of the year award for our work with Strata Homes! 
One of the UK’s leading developers of luxury new build homes; Strata appointed pixelbuilders as part of a larger team of specialists, in pursuit of their ambitions to improve their digital capacity and ability to interactive with their consumers. Responsible for the creative design, technical build, and ongoing support of the website, the websites task was to achieve the following goals: improve organic SEO results and digital marketing activity, increase online visitors and enhance usability. 

Utilizing some of the latest digital trends, the Strata website stands up against its competitors by delivering a completely immersive experience for its users – this project isn’t just about informing and data capture; it’s about representing a particular lifestyle that could be achieved if you lived in a Strata Home.  From aspirational imagery to virtual tours; downloadable brochures and floorplans, the website is completely interactive and representative of the company’s key brand values. 

The results of the site were noted by both the team at strata and their customers. The site highlighted an improved user journey through the use of more visible and simplified search functions and enhanced engagement through integrated social feeds and blog section. The results of the site also saw an increase in the time per user on the site through improved design and layout and more information on individual developments. 

The ongoing support of the site means we are continually evaluating and assessing improvements to the site’s usability and functionality to increase user engagement and generate real life results for Strata. 

As part of these continual improvements, the team have now proposed and implemented interactive maps, which were designed and built to improve the user experience when searching for plots within a Strata development. 

The maps were successfully integrated with SalesForce and the Kentico CMS to deliver key information about each plot such as availability, description and price. You can also filter plots within each development by price or number of bedrooms to streamline the search process. This filter evaluates the data in an extensive JavaScript array to retrieve only the information that satisfies the filters applied by the user.

The charity and events calendar was implemented to raise awareness about Strata Homes’ ongoing commitment to their corporate social responsibility. It highlights the events they host each year in support of a chosen charity, which successfully raised over £80k last year.
