Digital Account & Project Manager
What's the job?
We're looking for a client focused Digital Account/Project Manager with at least 3 years’ experience of managing digital projects in a multi-project environment. With an understanding and passion for the digital world, you’ll work alongside our experienced development and account management team to lead high value projects through the business from initial specification through development to testing and client delivery.
Delivering the best service you can to our array of differing clients will be the focus of your role; you’ll need to be confident and happy to take the lead in meetings and calls. Highly organised, you may be a post-it note fiend or Trello champion – you’ll help both our clients and team with strategy and delivery plans. But you won’t be on your own, being a team player is key to this role and our team of specialists built up over 10 years are here to help you learn and grow in the role.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and background:
Being comfortable in client-facing roles and possessing an ability to work directly with our clients and communicate in a way that suits their needs
Have experience in testing websites and user journeys
Ability to manage and work to deadlines
Have an eye for detail
Experience in writing and reviewing project requirement briefs
Experience in working with multi-functional teams
Digital project management and delivery experience
Understanding of SEO and UX best practice

Firstly, it’s about timings – our team choose their own start time between 8 and 9:30am, finishing the corresponding time between 4:30 & 6pm. We have free onsite parking and are just 15 minutes’ walk from the train station; there’s a bike store too if you’re more of a two wheels type person.
We don’t expect you to work for free, so of course you’ll be paid a competitive salary based on your experience and skill set, there are bonus opportunities and a company pension scheme.

You’ll get 20 days holiday plus bank holidays as standard. We also top up the 20 days by closing over the period between Christmas and New Year with no deduction from your allowance.
We also like to keep your nutrition levels up too… in the office you’ll find free tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and fruit available at all times. There’s usually a pile of biscuits hanging around too to dive into.
We’re a digital agency, so of course we have a pool table; lunch times aren’t the same without a game of ‘Killer’. If you’re not a pool shark, we also have a break out area with books, sofas and coffee table for a more relaxed break.
If you want to stretch your legs outside – we’re in walking distance of Archive Café, Temple Donuts, Lahore and TGI Fridays amongst other shops and restaurants (as well as the soon to open Kirkstall Brewery Tap).
We have a free company lunch every month too, some months it’s a takeaway, others we’ll venture out a little further. And we also have plenty of social nights out; some just a simple beer after work whilst other nights have included Go Ape, Go-karting and bowling (not all in the same night we hasten to add).
