A Throwback to Our Charitable Evening with Strata

Once again the team at Pixelbuilders were lucky enough to be invited to Strata’s third ever Charity Ball. We have a long history working with Strata, developing their brand new website as well as devising ever more sophisticated ways to improve the home buying journey for Strata’s customers. It involves plenty of meetings and lots of collaboration so it was a real privilege when this close working relationship developed into an invite to their annual Charity Ball (for the third year in a row).

On the 1st July, Strata played host to over 700 guests at the Royal Armouries in Leeds and helped to raise over £54,000 for Danielle’s Flutterbyes. The charity helps young people aged between 18 and 30 years old suffering from kidney disease. The money they raise is used to fund recreational activities as well to purchase vital equipment needed to help make life more bearable for people while they are going through their treatments.

Behind The Scenes: Strata Charity Ball

So as to be expected from Strata, the evening was highly sophisticated, generous (which was great new for Danielle’s Flutterbyes) and lots of fun. We were welcomed by a red carpet entrance and a glass of champagne, followed by a delicious three course meal before the charity auction got well underway and some eye-watering bids were placed.

Up for grabs were a trip to The Masters, a number of highly sought after day trips including spa days and restaurant visits as well as a plethora of signed memorabilia. It was a great evening and a huge success both for Strata and their chosen charity.
